Ok, so I haven't updated my pet diary lately, in fact I am just starting this pet diary today, but better late than never. I hope to keep up with it and update it more often.

So, what exactly has my cat Mitsy been up to lately? Well besides her few lazy sleeping days here and there she has managed to keep herself very occupied. She is still a very healthy cat, which is great. In my line of business I have seen my fair share of unhealthy pets so it is a huge relief to know that Mitsy is health and still a happy active cat.

I was very proud to say that I was a participant in the MSPCA-Angell Walk for Animals on Sunday, September 13, 2009. It was a very good outing and the experience of a lifetime for an outgoing dog like myself. I met and personally sniffed at least 500 of the over 1,000 dogs in attendance. I also met some great pet owners and lovers.

This was a great fundraising event, with proceeds going towards supporting animals in needs. The MSPCA organizers had a goal of $200,000. I believe they came extremely close to reaching that goal at the end of the event yesterday.

Its been a while since I updated my Pet Diary so here goes. Well, I spent the summer having a blast with my owners. Darcy was home for school break and she and I spent most of the time together during the summer. She went off to school yesterday however and I am going to miss her very much. I know she misses me too and I get so excited when she came home from school yesterday that I wonder if they think I am crazy. I have to get readjusted to this home alone thing again.

Man do I hate Mondays, oh sorry, correction - dawg do I hate Mondays! Letf alone by myself for another 5 days straight. There is only so much to see sitting by the window all day. And though I can be lazy at times, there is only so much sleeping that one dog can do. Can somebody please wake me up when its 5:30 please. The folks will be home then, then my day starts.

It is raining cats and dogs outside today. I had plans to go to the dog park later but with all this rain I guess those plans just went out the door and are now washed away. With my fluffy hair and all my owners refuse to take me out when it is raining so hard. Something about me looking like a wet rat with mud all over my hair is just not too appealing to them, though it is so much fun for me.
